Maplewood South Orange (MSO) Wrestling is a community-based youth wrestling program serving boys and girls in grades K–8. Our mission is to help young athletes build confidence, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship through the sport of wrestling in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.

At Maplewoodstock, MSO Wrestling will have a wrestling mat where coaches and athletes will demonstrate basic wrestling techniques and skills throughout the day. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the sport, meet current wrestlers and coaches, ask questions about our programs, and explore opportunities to participate during the upcoming season. Our goal is to introduce families to the benefits of wrestling and help grow youth participation in the Maplewood and South Orange communities.
