Art Vendor FAQ:

  1. All Art Vendors are required to go through our application process.  Simply applying does not automatically allow you entry and access to our festival.  There is a vetting process.
  2. Art Vendors are limited to a self-supplied 10 x 10 canopied space.   There are also some limited opportunities for a 10 x 20 space.
  3. Art Vendors will be gathered together in “festival aisles” on our East Field.  See our map.
  4. Kids Vendors will be gathered together on our “Amphitheatre Field”.  Also, see our map.
  5. Vendor spaces are on flat grass, but please consider a few wedges to balance your canopy and tables for slight variations in terrain.
  6. Setup details will be sent to accepted vendors, but expect to arrive between 8 AM and 11 AM on the morning of the festival so that you are ready to go by NOON when the music starts.  The event ends on around 10 PM each night.  You will want to bring some battery-powered lighting for those last evening hours.
  7. We have a fee structure for Arts Vendors.  See the chart below.
  8. Vendors cannot drive vehicles onto the festival grounds between NOON and 8:00 PM each day for safety reasons.  Accepted Art Vendors will be given instruction as to how to load in/out and where to park.
  9.  We prefer to have all vendors commit to both days. We do understand that there may need to be an exception, so we can offer a one-day permit.
