Every year, there are Bad Actors out there that try to “sell tickets” to our free event or try to link you to “purchase” unauthorized merch on sketchy websites or pay fees to be a vendor to an UNauthorized account.
UNLESS the info and links are on THIS maplewoodstock.com website, do NOT trust it.
We are your nine volunteer friends and neighbors striving to bring you this free two-day festival by the sweat of our brow and the support of the community. Please, don’t get scammed by Bad Actors pretending to represent us.

We have filled nearly all the Kid Zone Vendor spots for 2026! You are welcome to apply, but it’s likely that we will put your application on hold and add you to a “wait list.” We will contact you no later than May 31 to update you on your application status.
We are planning for an estimated over 6,000 attendees on each of two days. Our festival is one of the few FREE family music and art festivals in the Essex County area. Families with children will enjoy art, live music, a bouncy fun time in the Kid Zone loaded with face painting, sand art, mini golf, games, shopping, activities and the ice cream truck.
Adults can enjoy a tasty beverage in the Beer Garden and sample a variety of food with over 20 food vendors and trucks!
The Amphitheater will host two days of live music, the Kid Zone with a little something fun for all ages, and kid-oriented vendors and activities, while families gather with their blankets and chairs to enjoy the best weekend of the year!
The East Field is just steps away from the amphitheater! Typically, over 20 food vendors with an array of international food and tasty desserts and 70-90 arts and craft vendors to peruse and shop. Plus, a large tented Beer Garden with tables, chairs, and backyard games.
