INFO FOR ARTS VENDORS

INFO FOR ARTS VENDORS

We are excited for Maplewoodstock 2024 (July 13 & 14) and invite you to participate as one of our Art/craft vendors.  Each year we try to curate a diverse and comprehensive offering of products from local and regional artisans who have a passion for their craft.

We are planning for over 7,000 attendees over the two-day period.  As you  may know, this event is unique in so many ways – it’s free, has over 20 musical acts, a plethora of food and drink offerings (including a Beer Garden stocked with local craft beers), and YOU!

THE OFFER:

We provide art & craft vendors a choice of two tent sizes in our Vendor Village where all the vendors will be located. The area is adjacent to the Beer Garden and all Food vendors. Speakers will pump in the music from the main stage to create a hospitable vibe for all.

DAYS / TIMES:

Plan to arrive on Saturday, July 13 between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. (If Sunday only, please arrive between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.) You will need to be set-up and ready to go by 12:00 NOON – sharp (each day).  The event ends on Saturday at 10 PM and on Sunday at 9:30 PM.  You will want to bring some battery-powered lighting for those last evening hours.
