We do NOT offer your typical “carnival food” (not that there’s anything wrong with that).

We purposefully curate local restaurants in the Essex County area:

• from Italian sausage and peppers to Jamaican jerk chicken;
• from Long Island lobster rolls to NYC hot dogs;
• from Pad Thai to MX tacos;
• from fresh-squeezed lemonade to cold, cold ice cream treats.

Several of our vendors will also offer vegetarian and vegan options.  We are quite sure you will find food for any palate from our local kitchens.

Montys Good Eats Monty’s Good Eats brings the ultimate NJ boardwalk beach vibes with a mouthwatering mix of sweet and savory festival favorites. We specialize in the Sweets, featuring: Zeppoles, Funnel Cakes Fried Oreos On the savory side, our fresh-cut loaded fries are a must-try, featuring: Joey D’s Disco Fries – smothered in brown gravy and melty mozzarella Truffle “ParmaJohn” Fries – tossed in truffle oil, parmesan, and mozzarella Pauly B’s Pizza Fries – topped with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni Marky B’s Cheesy Bacon Fries – covered in gooey cheese sauce and crispy bacon To wash it all down, we offer Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade in a variety of flavors, including Classic, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry, and Mango, for a refreshing drink to cool down with. We also serve chicken fingers, hot dogs, and empanadas for the perfect festival bites. At Monty’s Good Eats, we’re all about great food, good vibes, and an unforgettable festival experience.
