We do NOT offer your typical “carnival food” (not that there’s anything wrong with that).

We purposefully curate local restaurants in the Essex County area:

• from Italian sausage and peppers to Jamaican jerk chicken;
• from Long Island lobster rolls to NYC hot dogs;
• from Pad Thai to MX tacos;
• from fresh-squeezed lemonade to cold, cold ice cream treats.

Several of our vendors will also offer vegetarian and vegan options.  We are quite sure you will find food for any palate from our local kitchens.

The Simple Fare The Simple Fare celebrates the vibrant flavors of Indian-inspired cuisine while staying committed to sourcing local produce and using organic ingredients whenever possible,.When it comes to seed oils, we are proud to be 100% seed oil-free. We are going to be serving Indian inspired meals such as our Tandoori Chicken Sandwich, Aloo Tikki (Spiced Potato Patty ) burgers, housemade Masala Chai, Rose pistachio Mini cakes and spiced lamb Keema sliders at the festival.
