FOOD

Food Vendors:  our applications are CLOSED for our 2024 festival.

For our attendees:

Feel free to bring a picnic basket … or relax and show up stress-free, empty-handed, and enjoy and support our wonderful local food vendors and their delicious offerings!

We do NOT offer your typical “carnival food” (not that there’s anything wrong with that).

We purposefully curate local restaurants in the Essex County area:

  • from Italian sausage and peppers to Jamaican jerk chicken;
  • from Long Island lobster rolls to NYC hot dogs;
  • from Pad Thai to MX tacos;
  • from fresh-squeezed lemonade to cold, cold ice cream treats.

Several of our vendors will also offer vegetarian and vegan options.  We are quite sure you will find food for any palate from our local kitchens.
