Several of our vendors will also offer vegetarian and vegan options. Â We are quite sure you will find food for any palate from our local kitchens.

Cruzanusvi BBQ Smoked chopped Brisket, Pulled & Chopt Smoked Jerk Chicken, smoked beef and pork Ribs, chicken Shish Kebabs, 8 cheese mac-n-cheese, yams, cornbread, potato salad, banana pudding, Sorrel, water, ginger beer, hot dogs/with turkey chili or onion sauce. We do NOT offer your typical "carnival food" (not that there's anything wrong with that). We purposefully curate local restaurants in the Essex County area:- from Italian sausage and peppers to Jamaican jerk chicken;
- from Long Island lobster rolls to NYC hot dogs;
- from Pad Thai to MX tacos;
- from fresh-squeezed lemonade to cold, cold ice cream treats.
