Several of our vendors will also offer vegetarian and vegan options. We are quite sure you will find food for any palate from our local kitchens.

Stop Drop N Roll – Gourmet Egg Rolls with Global Flavor
At Stop Drop N Roll, we hand-roll gourmet egg rolls and spring rolls that are bold, delicious, and made to move—perfect for music festivals and street fairs.

Our menu stars the Bánh Mì Egg Roll, a Vietnamese-inspired favorite filled with lemongrass-marinated beef, pickled carrots and daikon, jalapeños, and fresh herbs—served with our house-made jalapeño cilantro aioli. Another crowd-pleaser is our rich and comforting Lobster Mac & Cheese Egg Roll, made with Gruyère, gouda, and cheddar, finished with a drizzle of garlic butter.

We’re a woman-owned, queer-owned business bringing global flavors to every roll—with craveable bites that are easy to eat, hard to forget, and rolled with love.

I sell Shaved Ice cones and Shaved Ice beverages. Flavored by the customer with a do-it-yourself flavor station.
Also canned soda and bottled water.

We will be providing Southern Italian street food from the Sicily region.

Cruzanusvi BBQ

Smoked chopped Brisket, Pulled & Chopt Smoked Jerk Chicken, smoked beef and pork Ribs, chicken Shish Kebabs, 8 cheese mac-n-cheese, yams, cornbread, potato salad, banana pudding, Sorrel, water, ginger beer, hot dogs/with turkey chili or onion sauce. Any protein comes in sandwich form with pickled onions and spring mix, or with a meal. A variety of different BBQ Sauces. Salmon and Veggie burgers.

We do NOT offer your typical "carnival food" (not that there's anything wrong with that). We purposefully curate local restaurants in the Essex County area:

from Italian sausage and peppers to Jamaican jerk chicken;
from Long Island lobster rolls to NYC hot dogs;
from Pad Thai to MX tacos;
from fresh-squeezed lemonade to cold, cold ice cream treats.
