Smoked pork/beef ribs and brisket. Bbq chopped and pulled jerk chicken, chicken kebabs, smoked turkey legs.Veggie and beef hot dogs, beyond and salmon burgers, 8 cheese mac-n-cheese, candied yams, potato salad, cornbread, coconut water, ginger beer, sorrel, water. All proteins could be served on a pita with spring mix salad and toppings along with bbq sauces.
