If you love Maplewoodstock, for the first time ever we’re offering the chance to attend the festival in true style with an incredible premium experience – all while helping support Maplewoodstock and our local arts community!

The three (3) highest bidders making a tax-deductible donation to Music & Arts Education Project, Inc., the SOMA-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that produces Maplewoodstock, will each win an Ultimate Maplewoodstock experience on SATURDAY, JULY 13 or SUNDAY, JULY 14, 2024!

The Ultimate Maplewoodstock Experience includes:

  • Arrive at Maplewoodstock to one of three designated 10×10 canopies in a prime, front row location of the canopy spectator section directly in front of the stage.
    • Arrive at the festival when you’d like and enjoy a direct view of the stage for you and your guests. No canopy set up in the morning; no canopy removal at night.
  • Your VIP canopy will be decorated in Maplewoodstock style and furnished with lawn chairs, a table, and a cooler of ice refilled throughout the day.
    • No need to drag your heavy festival gear up the hill. You’ll have the best-looking canopy at Maplewoodstock!
  • Non-alcoholic beverages.
    • A dozen cans of water and sports drinks to keep you cool.
  • A bottle of Vinada non-alcoholic wine and 2 cans of non-alcoholic beer from Partake Brewing.
  • $50 gift card to Village Trattoria
    • A quick walk under the train tracks gets you dinner before the headliner.
  • Bucket of Snacks
    • For those festival munchies!
  • One Reserved Parking Space on Dunnell Avenue right outside the park
    • Just a short walk from your canopy so you can drive home in minutes.
  • One voucher for a 2024 Maplewoodstock T-Shirt of your choice
    • Or a hat. You can definitely have a hat if you prefer.

Note: this auction is separate from the free canopy lottery open to all Maplewood and South Orange residents (see maplewoodstockcanopies.com for details). We strongly encourage bidders to also enter the free lottery for a chance for a canopy spot in the event they do not win one of the Ultimate Maplewoodstock experiences.

Music & Arts Education Project, Inc. (MAEP):

Music & Arts Education Project, Inc. (MAEP) is a Maplewood (NJ), 501(c)(3) organization that advocates for the inclusion and broadening of a comprehensive arts and music curriculum in all schools, in all grades, and for all students. MAEP seeks to demonstrate (1) cognitive development of participatory arts and music programs, (2) positive social and emotional development of performing arts and music programs, (3) the inherent diversity, equity, and inclusion that is the cornerstone of the arts, and (4) the positive community impact of public art displays, music performances, and literary performances.
